Wheels and Brakes Maintenance




CRONDA provides wheels and brakes maintenance service covering nose wheels, main wheels and brakes of all aircrafts in service.

CRONDA is equipped with advanced facilities, large working space and a hundred of specialized testing equipment for wheels and brakes maintenance.

Currently, Beijing, Chongqing and Shenzhen can provide wheels and brakes maintenance service.

CRONDA has been approved by CAAC, FAA and EASA to have more than 2,000 maintenance functions. It covers dozens of models such as Boeing, Airbus, CRJ, ERJ and Gulfstream, including hydraulic, fuel / oil, life saving, pneumatic, Electrical, wheel brakes and other fields, for the domestic dozens of commercial airlines and general airlines to provide professional maintenance services.

Brakes Test Stand

Brakes Test Stand, developed and manufactured by CRONDA, can perform functional test for brakes of all aircrafts in service with highly automated operation and accurate test data. This test stand can be operated by a single person.


Piston Discharge Machine

Piston Discharge Machine, developed and manufactured by CRONDA, can squeeze out the hydraulic oil completely from brake plunger efficiently. This machine is applicable for hydraulic brakes of all aircrafts in service.


Safety Inflation Cage

Safety Inflation Cage, developed and manufactured by CRONDA, can inflate tires of wheels of all aircrafts in service safely and efficiently with built-in program to match the part number to inflating pressure, which prevents misoperation and over-inflation.


Dynamic Universal Bead Breaker

Dynamic Universal Bead Breaker is imported from Germany, which can disassemble all kinds of tires, including A380.


Universal Wheel and Tire Assembly Machine

Universal Wheel and Tire Assembly Machine is imported from Germany, which can assemble the wheel and tire for domestic aircrafts in service safely and efficiently.
