Hydraulic Test Stand

With fully imported hydraulic test stand, CRONDA can provide functional test for hydraulic components under 5000 psi. Currently, CRONDA is approved to maintain hydraulic pumps/motors, hydraulic valves, pressure /flow servo valves, actuators and dampers, power control unit (PCU), power transfer unit (PTU), hydraulic reservoir/accumulator and hydraulic fuses and can issue CAAC and EASA release certificate.

Air Turbine Starter Test Stand

With imported advanced Air Turbine Starter (ATS) test stand, which is equipped with fully automated operation and automatic protection function to prevent UUT damage, CRONDA can provide test for ATS for all aircrafts in service with accurate test data and high efficient test

Fuel Comprehensive Test Stand

Fuel Comprehensive Test Stand, developed and manufactured by CRONDA, can perform automatic test to fuel valves, fuel actuators, fuel nozzles, servo valves, oil regulators and electric fuel pumps with accurate test data and real-time data storage.

Heat Exchanger Pressure Test Stand

Heat Exchanger Pressure Test Stand, developed and manufactured by CRONDA, can perform test to heat exchangers with automatic operation, accurate test data and wide range of test capability.

High Flow Pneumatic Test Stand

High Flow Pneumatic Test Stand, developed and manufactured by CRONDA, can provide test to high flow pneumatic components of all aircrafts in service with automatic operation, maximum test flow of 450ppm, imported flow meters and simulated vacuum test conditions.

Air Cycle Machine Automatic Test System

Air Cycle Machine (ACM) Automatic Test System, developed and manufactured by CRONDA, can perform full test for turbine cooler and air cycle machine of the aircrafts in service.

Temperature Control Device

Temperature Control Device, developed and manufactured by CRONDA, can simulate real working environment of aircraft thermostat / thermostat components to perform test with stable and reliable test parameters with highly automated operation.

Low/Medium Flow Pneumatic Component Test Stand

Low/Medium Flow Pneumatic Component Test Stand, developed and manufactured by CRONDA, can satisfy test requirements of various kinds of low/medium flow pneumatic components of the aircrafts in service, with highly automated operation and imported flow meters.

Fire Extinguisher Recycle and Filling Equipment

Fire Extinguisher Recycle and Filling Equipment is imported from US as recommended by OEM, which can purify H1211/1301 fire extinguishing agent of all aircrafts to satisfy standard MIL-M-12218C/ISO 7201.

High Pressure Gas Filling Equipment

High Pressure Gas Filling Equipment is imported from US, which is equipped with accurate cooling temperature control system/filling rate monitoring system to safely and efficiently fill the airborne oxygen cylinders, nitrogen cylinders and fire extinguishers of all aircrafts.

Water Jacket Test Device

Water Jacket Test Device is imported from US as recommended in CMM, which can test the bottle life with volume expansion test method, with testing pressure range of  200–10000 psi. The test device is capable of performing test for high/Low pressure bottle of CO2 , N2 , SCUBA , SCBA，O2 for all aircrafts in service, with accuracy and reliability higher than the US DOT standard.
